Returns & Exchanges Policy

Standard Orders

You may return the goods unused within 30 days from date of delivery with a full refund or replacement. Ship returns to our warehouse location. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. (Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable).

Important Notes:

• Color Differences: Due to differences in computer monitors and lighting, the actual color of an item may be slightly different from what you see on your computer monitor. This is not a reason for return or exchange.
• Custom Orders: As custom orders are made to order, they are non-refundable, though we will do our best to correct any mistakes with custom orders.
• Incorrect or Damaged Items: If we send you something that is wrong or damaged, we will replace it in a hurry or give you a full refund.

Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges:

The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returns and exchanges.

Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
