Returns:

We accept returns for Lana Del Rey items within 15 days. If our item is damaged and wrong sent by us. Kindly contact our customer support team via email at Contact@lanadelreyjacket.com and follow the guidelines to return the orders.

In case you select the wrong item size during purchase, we are not responsible for this if you select the wrong size. Please carefully choose the item size.

Refunds:

Refunds will be made within 30 days for all merchandise in their original condition of the date of delivery. We do not refund the shipping and handling costs. Refunds will also include all sales taxes and the cost of the item.

Exchanges:

We can accept exchanges for an item to another item, If the price of the exchanged item is higher than the previous item, you need to pay. Kindly follow the same returns section steps and we will provide more guidance. Customers will be responsible for the transport fee when they exchange the item.

Lost order:

In case if you lost your order and late your delivery, you can immediately contact us and we will refund your account.

Late and missing refund:

When we issue your refund to your account, it will take 1-3 days, In case the refund will not be received into your account within 7 days. Then you can write an email to us, we will check it.
